Eric has 22 years of experience in construction, getting his start working alongside his dad and grandpa on a large home addition project. He enjoys the challenge of keeping projects running smoothly and efficiently, making sure every phase of the job comes together the way it should. His favorite parts of the work are rough structural framing and trim carpentry, where both structure and craftsmanship are on full display. Outside of work, family time with his three kids comes first, though he also enjoys golfing and ice fishing whenever he gets the chance.
Isaac Berry
Project Manager/ Lead Carpenter

Isaac has 10 years of experience in construction, including 8 years with Northbound Contracting. He especially enjoys cabinetry installation and finish carpentry, where precision and craftsmanship make the biggest difference. Isaac takes pride in his attention to detail and delivering professional-quality work on every project. Outside of work, he enjoys camping with his family, hiking, rock climbing, and golfing. Coworkers would describe him as genuine.
Jake Menzel
Tile Master/ Carpenter

Jake has 9 years of experience in construction, including 7 years with Northbound Contracting. His favorite specialty is tile work, where precision and craftsmanship are critical, though he also enjoys rough framing and the structural side of building. Jake takes pride in his attention to detail and thoughtful planning before execution, helping ensure each project comes together smoothly. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and daughter, and getting out for a round of golf.
