Scope of Work
Northbound Contracting completed a full bathroom remodel in Novi, Michigan including demolition of the existing bathroom, plumbing modifications for dual shower heads, installation of a Schluter Kerdi waterproofing system, custom tile shower construction with integrated niches, patterned tile flooring, new vanity installation, and a decorative wood slat accent wall.
The Challenge
The small footprint required clever space optimization. Plumbing adjustments behind existing walls and strict waterproofing compliance were necessary. The project also faced a tight timeline for completion.
The Outcome
The final bathroom is a spa-like, modern retreat with optimized storage, elegant finishes, and improved functionality. The renovation increased the property value and created a luxurious, comfortable space for the homeowners.
